Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for receiving a set of images at a social media system, wherein each image includes one or more recognized features associated with one or more lightness values; indexing each image using the one or more recognized features and the associated range of lightness values; receiving a query; determining a first group of images that is responsive to the query; determining that the query triggers a lightness filter to be displayed on the user device; providing the first group of images for display on a user interface with one or more lightness filter indicators; and in response to a user selection of one of the one or more lightness filter indicators: filtering the first group of images to determine a filtered group of images, and updating the images provided for display according to the filtered group of images.

An example method may include determining a price adjustable promotion from a plurality of promotions, the price adjustable promotion having a first promotional price, a forecasted demand that provides an indication of a promotion inventory exhaustion period and a plurality of redemption parameters that comprise at least a promotional period, a promotional value and a redemption expiration and causing the price adjustable promotion to be offered at the second promotional price while at least one of the plurality of redemption parameters for the price adjustable promotion remain constant.

Abstract: Systems, apparatus, and methods for providing diversified promotions are discussed herein. Some embodiments may include a system including circuitry configured to provide diversified promotions within an impression or other communication including multiple promotions. For example, promotions may be associated with diversity characteristics to determine the diversity of promotional offerings within an impression and/or within a series of impressions over a period of time sent to a targeted consumer. When an impression is determined to lack diversity based on the diversity characteristics of the promotions, the system may be configured to take corrective action such as by replacing at least one promotion with a replacement promotion that provides greater diversity to the impression.

The search results being displayed may be filtered such that search results that meet a measurement of the facet are included in the displayed search results and the remaining search results are excluded from the display.

A peer facet may be presented in a suggestion element in the facet selection portion in response to receiving the partial user input.

Abstract: System and techniques for autonomously adaptive performance monitoring are described herein. A text input field may be presented on a graphical user interface. A flow-selector may be presented in contact with the text input field in response to receiving user input at the text input field. Here, the flow-selector includes a set of flow choices selected based on the user input. A user selection of a flow choice may be received. Next-steps flow elements may be presented in response to the user selection. User query choices may be collected from the next-steps flow elements to populate a query template corresponding to the flow choice. The query template is executed to produce search results.
