  • Patent number: 11554696
Abstract: An anti-submarine arrangement for a vehicle seat includes an elongated member pivotably attached between opposing members of a seat bottom support structure. A leg is fixedly attached to the elongated member and pivotably attached to a structural portion of the vehicle seat. The elongated member is rotatable forward and downward relative to the structural portion of the vehicle seat. A damper arrangement is attached to the leg and to the structural portion of the vehicle seat. The damper arrangement opposes a forward and downward rotation of the elongated member.

  • Patent number: 10011196
Abstract: A seat assembly is provided with a seat bottom adapted to mount to a vehicle. The seat assembly further includes a first seat back pivotally attached to the seat bottom defining a recline angle relative to the seat bottom, and a second seat back pivotally attached to the seat bottom proximate to the first seat back defining a recline angle relative to the seat bottom. A pin is pivotally connected to the second seat back, is sized to be received within a latch mechanism on the first seat back, and is operably connected to the second seat back to pivot to a stowed position when the first seat back is pivoted to a recline angle that is less than the second seat back recline angle.

  • Patent number: 7568000
Abstract: A data processing system and method for use with a process control system enables a plurality of process plants associated with different business entities to share a remotely situated data processing facility. The data processing facility includes a cluster of redundant servers that are communicatively coupled via a local network. Each of the redundant servers is adapted to acquire and process data received from the plurality of process plants. The data processing facility also includes a plurality of redundant data historians that are communicatively coupled to each other and to the cluster of redundant servers for storage of process data and analysis results. Each of the plurality of process plants includes internet-enabled field devices, internet-enabled field device interfaces, and/or internet-enabled data concentration nodes that send information to and receive information from the data processing facility via the Internet.
