  • Patent number: 6431343
Abstract: An intake device of an automated redemption machine is disclosed for returnable containers, the intake device comprising half-conveyors for transporting the container in an essentially horizontal position and rotator assemblies for rotating the container for the purpose of scanning, a bar code. The invention is implemented so that the half-conveyors have slots adapted thereto transverse to the conveyor travel direction, the slots permitting at least partially elevating and lowering the rotator discs via the slots for rotating the returned containers.

  • Patent number: 5154276
Abstract: The invention concerns a device (10) for handling of returnable bottles. The device comprises a dropping tube (12), through which a returnable bottle (P) is dropped from an upper position (E.sub.1), into a lower position (E.sub.2) by the force of gravity. According to the invention, the device (10) for handling of returnable bottles comprises an attenuation device (14) placed in a drop position (C.sub.1) underneath the dropping tube (12) and comprising an attenuator part (15) that revolves along with the device (13) that transfers the bottle.

  • Patent number: 5065857
Abstract: The invention concerns a method in handling of returnable bottles (P), wherein the returnable bottle is dropped vertically from an upper space (E.sub.1) into a lower space (E.sub.2) and wherein the returnable bottle is transferred from the drop space (C.sub.1) placed underneath the tube (11) further to a new storage position. According to the invention, the returnable bottle is dropped from the tube (11) into the space between the bristles (12a) in the transfer brush (12) and the guide part (17) and transferred out of said drop space (C.sub.1) further away, being shifted by the bristles (12a) or equivalent in the rotatable brush (12). The invention also concerns a device for handling of returnable bottles.

  • Patent number: 4934397
Abstract: The invention concerns a procedure for controlling volumetric flow rate in air-conditioning installations, wherein the volumetric flow passing through an air-conditioning duct is controlled with the aid of a control (10) disposed in the air duct by opening or closing the control damper (11) or equivalent of the control (10). In the procedure, the control signal of the control damper (11) or equivalent air flow-controlling member of the control (10) is non-linearized on the basis of the effective characteristic curve of the control and of the desired effective characteristic curve. The opening and closing of the control damper or equivalent of the control is controlled with the aid of said non-linearized control signal function. The invention also concerns apparatus for controlling air flow.
