  • Patent number: 9637099
Abstract: A pressure control valve arrangement is provided for controlling the fluid pressure in an ABS brake system of a vehicle such that, in the event of a tendency of individual wheels of the vehicle to lock, the brake pressure in associated brake cylinders can be adaptively adjusted. At least two diaphragm valves, which have diaphragms which are loaded by spring elements, and at least one electromagnetic control valve, which can be activated by an electronic control device for the pilot control of the diaphragm valves, are provided in a housing of the pressure control valve arrangement. At least one valve seat of the at least one electromagnetic control valve is formed in a unipartite fashion with a housing part which is formed by a plastic injection-molded blank.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: May 2, 2017
Assignee: KNORR-BREMSE Systeme fuer Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH
Inventors: Rainer Eidenschink, Wilfried Gerber, Wolfgang Rohn
  • Patent number: 8870989
Abstract: An air treatment device for a commercial vehicle includes a housing set up for connecting to an air dryer device by way of a bayonet fitting. A retaining device that is or can be mounted on the housing for retaining the bayonet fitting is provided on the housing.

  • Patent number: 8672421
Abstract: A pressure control valve arrangement is described for controlling the fluid pressure in an ABS brake system of a vehicle in such a manner that, in the event of a tendency of individual wheels of the vehicle to lock, the brake pressure in associated brake cylinders can be adaptively adjusted, at least two diaphragm valves which have diaphragms loaded by spring elements, as well as at least one electromagnetic control valve which can be activated by an electronic control device for the pilot control of the diaphragm valves. Also described is a method for producing the pressure control valve arrangement.

  • Patent number: 8657939
Abstract: An air dryer cartridge for a compressed air treatment system of a vehicle, in particular for a commercial vehicle, has a spring cover and a support element, which together define a volume of the air dryer cartridge in the assembled state of the air dryer cartridge. A desiccant box arranged inside the volume and filled with a desiccant is provided. The spring cover and the carrier element can be coupled via a snap connection.
