  • Publication number: 20120279009
Abstract: A plug connection between a wiper blade and a wiper arm of a wiper mechanism for a windscreen of a vehicle is provided. A bolt standing laterally away from the wiper arm can be introduced into a socket. The bolt includes a recess extending in the direction of the middle axis of the bolt. When the socket is pushed onto the bolt, a raised element extending in radial direction and arranged on an inner wall of the socket can be guided along the recess. The recess includes an extension region, into which the raised element can be brought by twisting the bolt and the socket relative to each other. A stop limiting the twisting is formed in the extension region between the bolt and the socket. A locking position of the socket is thus precisely defined.

  • Patent number: 6375718
Abstract: Connected in a water circuit for cooling or heating gaseous fuel in a fuel system for a gas turbine plant is a gas/liquid separation apparatus which serves to separate gases contained in the water from the water, and to detect them. The container of the separation apparatus is split up by a partition into a water entry chamber and a water exit chamber. The incoming water flow is split up in the water entry chamber into an upward-flowing and a downward-flowing water flow. Located above the water is a gas-filled space into which gas bubbles disperse. The upward-flowing water flows over an overflow weir, and the downward-flowing water flows into the water exit chamber through openings in the lower region of the partition. The separation apparatus thus includes a calm, free water level in the water entry chamber, and an irrotational flow from the water exit chamber.

  • Patent number: 6189871
Abstract: In a steam power plant, a bypass line (2), which serves for diverting steam during the startup or rundown of the power plant, is arranged between the boiler and condenser (9). Arranged in the bypass line (2), upstream of the condenser (9), is a steam introduction device (1), in which the steam, before being introduced into the condenser (9), is expanded and cooled. The steam introduction device (1) has a first perforated diaphragm (3), a cooling chamber (4) and a second perforated diaphragm (8). According to the invention, the first perforated diaphragm (3) consists of a single spherical part. By virtue of this shape, the perforated diaphragm (3) possesses favorable mechanical and thermal stability, with the result that it becomes possible to have small wall thicknesses and production by pressing. After pressing, the orifices (12) in the perforated diaphragm are made by once-only drilling and are in each case at an equal distance from the orifices next to them.
