Abstract: The invention relates to a transport apparatus for a vibration compactor that comprises an axle with a wheel being arranged on each of its ends. The transport apparatus of the invention is advantageous, because it does not require any reconfiguration work, special tools or other special measures for transporting the vibration compactor.

Abstract: Process for protecting fiber-reinforced, carbon-containing composites whose matrix comprises, at least in the outer layer, silicon carbide (SiC) and also silicon (Si) and/or silicon alloys against oxidation, which comprises the steps a) impregnation of the composite with an aqueous, phosphate-containing solution, b) drying, c) heat treatment at a temperature which is at least sufficient to convert the dried solution into insoluble compounds which are suitable for forming a self-healing glass, wherein the composite is treated oxidatively to form silicon oxide (SiO2) either prior to step a), between steps a) and b) or during or after step b) and/or c).

Abstract: A method is provided in which a pattern for a phase-shifting mask is firstly corrected in a first correction step. Subsequently, the pattern for the trimming mask is corrected with use of the corrected pattern for the phase-shifting mask in a second correction step. Mask data for the production of very-large-scale integrated circuits can be corrected in a simple manner by means of the two correction steps performed in succession.

Abstract: The present invention relates to 5-membered heterocyclic condensed benzoderivatives of formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.a to R.sub.c, A, X and Y are defined as in claim 1, the tautomers, stereoisomers, mixtures thereof and the salts thereof, particularly the physiologically acceptable salts thereof with inorganic or organic acids or bases which have valuable properties.The compounds of the above formula I wherein R.sub.c denotes a cyano group are valuable intermediates for preparing the other compounds of formula I, and the compounds of the above formula I wherein R.sub.c denotes one of the following amidino groups and the tautomers and stereoisomers thereof have valuable pharmacological properties, particularly an antithrombotic activity.
