    Abstract: An auxiliary climate control system may include a plurality of evaporators arranged in series. The auxiliary climate control system may comprise a first evaporator coupled to a first compressor and a first condenser, a second evaporator coupled to a second compressor and a second condenser, and a blower configured to move air past the first evaporator and the second evaporator. The first compressor may be configured to operate when a vehicle engine is running and the second compressor is configured to operate on power from a source independent of the running engine such that the second compressor may operate when the engine is not running.
