Abstract: A vascular closure system is configured to seal an incision in a vessel of the patient's body. The system includes a slider that is moved from an initial position to a deployed position (that is, towards the puncture of the patient body), until the proximal end of the slider exposes a reference marker on an inner tube. This confirms the deployment of the closure element and completely expands or opens or pivots the closure element in the blood vessel.

Abstract: An inserter is provided which includes a handle having an upper cover and a bottom cover, the upper cover having a longitudinal opening, a proximal end and a distal end; a mounting member extending from an inner surface of the bottom cover of the handle, the mounting member having a through-hole; an inner tube having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the inner tube attached to the mounting member; an insertion tube movably coupled to the inner tube with a longitudinal axis essentially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the inner tube; a switch coupled to a proximal end of the insertion tube and arranged in the opening; and a string having a proximal end removably coupled near the proximal end of the opening, a distal end of the string coupled to a device to be inserted inside a human anatomy.

Abstract: A suture tray having an upper component with a top surface and a bottom surface is disclosed. The tray also includes a plurality of flexible members integrally coupled to the upper component such that the flexible members have a clearance for assisting easy lift-press mechanism and a lower component having an outer peripheral wall and inner peripheral wall. The outer and inner peripheral wall mate with the upper component to form a winding channel. The tray also includes a secondary female locking member integrally coupled to the inner peripheral wall, the secondary female locking member mates with a secondary male locking member integrally formed on the upper component to additionally lock the assembly.
