  • Patent number: 11868323
Abstract: Orchestrated disaster recovery is provided in which replication volumes are automatically configured as part of a failover procedure. An example method includes obtaining replication volume configuration information identifying configuration of a replication volume in a data replication relationship in which data is replicated from a replication source to a replication target. The replication volume is configured for the replication source and replication volume remains at least partially non-configured for the replication target during data replication from the replication source to the replication target. Based on an indication of failover, the obtained configuration information is used in automatically configuring the replication volume for the replication target in preparation for use by application(s) of the replication target site. Automatically configuring includes configuring, for the replication volume, a volume group and a mount point.

  • Patent number: 11411227
Abstract: Disclosed and described herein are systems and methods of energy generation from fabric electrochemistry. An electrical cell is created when electrodes (cathodes and anodes) are ‘printed’ on or otherwise embedded into fabrics to generate DC power when moistened by a conductive bodily liquid such as sweat, wound, fluid, etc. The latter acts, in turn, as the cell's electrolyte. A singular piece of fabric can be configured into multiple cells by dividing regions of the fabric with hydrophobic barriers and having at least one anode-cathode set in each region. Flexible inter-connections between the cells can be used to scale the generated power, per the application requirements.

  • Patent number: 10762340
Abstract: A device receives, as part of a gesture translation service, data that depicts gestures, wherein the data is image data or multimedia data. The device converts a set of frames that include the data to another set of frames that include modified data identifying a grayscale or black and white depiction of the gestures and generates graphical representations of the gestures identified by the modified data. The device selects, using a matching technique, a graphical representation of corresponding gestures that matches or satisfies a threshold level of similarity with the graphical representations of the gestures identified by the modified data. The device identifies response data that is representative of the corresponding gestures based on the response data being stored in association with an identifier of the graphical representation that has been selected. The device provides the response data to be displayed, via an interface, as text data or audio data.

  • Publication number: 20200027073
Abstract: A system for tagging transactions is disclosed. The system receives a tagging notice for tagging transactions that will occur within a future time window. The tagging notice includes a notification to create a transaction tag and a pre-determined time window associated with the transaction tag. In response to the tagging notice, the system creates the transaction tag. When receiving new transactions after creating the transaction tag, the system compares a timestamp of the new transaction to the pre-determined time window specified in the tagging notice. If the timestamp of the new transaction falls within the pre-determined time window, the system associates the new transaction with the transaction tag.
