    Abstract: A method for monitoring acceleration of a number A of axes of a multi-axis kinematic system utilizes a sampling process with a first sampling interval, wherein a first acceleration limit value assigned to the first sampling interval and a second different acceleration limit value is determined for the acceleration, where a second time interval is assigned to the second acceleration limit value, a plurality of position values of the axis is determined by sampling with the first sampling interval, a current acceleration is calculated via the ascertained position values, and the calculated current acceleration is monitored via a first instance of monitoring utilizing the first acceleration limit value and the assigned first sampling interval and, simultaneously, via a second instance of monitoring utilizing the second acceleration limit value and the assigned second time interval, such that acceleration of an axis is monitored using at least two acceleration limit values simultaneously.

    Abstract: Compact battery-based energy storage systems are disclosed. An example battery-based energy storage device includes: an energy storage inverter; a transformer; a fire extinguisher system; a first battery chamber; a second battery chamber, and an air conditioner system that is configured to provide air conditioning to the first battery chamber and the second battery chamber. The first battery chamber and the second battery chamber are separated by a wall structure and each has its independent air conditioning. The dimensions of the battery-based energy storage device are substantially same as those of a standard 20 ft container. The first battery chamber, the second battery chamber, and the wall structure may equal to inner width of the battery-based energy storage. The battery-based energy storage device may also comprise a ventilation opening of battery set at a top of the first battery chamber and/or the second battery chamber.

The energy storage inverter is configured to convert AC to DC when charging a rechargeable battery pack and to convert DC to AC when providing power to an external device from a rechargeable battery pack.

    Abstract: A multifunctional all-terrain walking-type hydraulic excavator includes a multifunctional working apparatus (2), a cab (3), a slew assembly (4), a slewing bearing (6), and a walking-type chassis (5). By means of a hydraulic capstan (5.9) arranged at the forward end of the chassis (5), the excavator is able to perform self-rescue and towing assistance. The walking-type chassis (5) adapts to terrain through adjustments of the swing angles of the forward and rear legs (5.2, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6) and thus is able to walk and operate in difficult terrain.
