Abstract: An adaptor can adjustably couple a tool to a mount and includes a clamping assembly, a coupling assembly, and a cam lock assembly. The clamping assembly includes a base and a clamp movably coupled to the base. The base and the clamp together define a substantially circular pocket. The coupling assembly includes a ball sized to be disposed in the substantially circular pocket and a shank extending from the ball. The cam lock assembly includes a camming base and includes a lever pivotally coupled to the camming base. The lever can pivot relative to the camming base between an unlocked position and a locked position. The cam lock assembly further includes a retention fastener and a draw fastener. Moving the lever toward the locked position causes the clamp to press the ball against the base, thereby locking the position of the ball relative to the clamping assembly.

Abstract: A fish holder featuring a shortened handle section and teeth lining the entire length of the jaws of the holder is disclosed. The teeth in the jaws provide multiple points of contact against a fish, thereby enhancing control and grip on the fish. The disclosed invention may be constructed of two convex jaws or a combination of one convex jaw and one concave jaw. Teeth may also be arranged in a plurality of rows extending the length of the jaws. Use of the invention prevents contact with sharp body parts of the fish, such as teeth or spines.

Abstract: A food processing method and system, including a continuous cooker/chiller conveyor system (24) for meat products such as hot dogs and the like, is provided with an automatic unloader (36) having a first discharge transfer mode (FIGS. 1 and 2) automatically transferring the food product (22) to an automatic transfer member (38) for conveyance to a packaging line (32, 34), and a second discharge holding mode (FIGS. 3 and 4) holding the food product (22) on rack-off discharge arms (54, 56) until manually removed. In the event of an interruption in the packaging line (32, 34), rather than automatically transferring the food product (22) from the automatic unloader (36) to the transfer member (38), a rack-off procedure is instituted and the food product (22) is manually unloaded from the automatic unloader (36) and manually transferred to a holding rack (44, 46) on a temporary basis until resumption of operation of the packaging line (32, 34).
