Abstract: Methods and systems for generating and applying quality ratings to data records, such as for use with mailing lists and similar applications, are provided. Information such as use information may be obtained for a plurality of data records, each of which is associated with a potential recipient of a mailpiece. A quality rating may be assigned to each data record, which indicates an assigned likelihood that a solicitation mailpiece is expected to receive a favorable response from the potential recipient. These quality ratings may be stored and an indication of the quality rating for each data record may be provided to a mailer. The quality ratings may be generated or updated based upon how the associated data records are used by the mailer and/or subsequent mailers.

Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed to distribute digital media information to an end user through individual modules. The invention includes a central networked data point controlling access to and manipulation of the digital media information for display at an end user display and one or more content modules, the one or more content modules providing access to digital media information at the end user display. Also included are a framework module configured to assemble the one or more content modules into a framework definition forming a graphical user interface (GUI) for the end user display and a framework modification module configured to selectively include content modules in the framework definition. Beneficially, such an apparatus, system, and method would allow for the distribution of digital media along with easy modification of the type and configuration of the media displayed.

Abstract: An apparatus for exercising muscles of the leg comprising a frame, a padded sling for engaging the back of the knee, a load and a cable running from the load to the sling over one or more pulleys hung from the frame so that the load loading is applied perpendicularly to the back of the knee as it is straightened. A foot rest aligned with the sling assures that the foot remains planted throughout the movement of the leg except for flexing at the ankle. At least one of the pulleys is adjustable so that legs of different length can be accommodated. The type of load includes weights, an hydraulic cylinder, extension or compression springs and isokinetic mechanisms.
