The invention can deliver various forms of web content, on command, with integrated video. User actions are monitored, measured, and reported in real-time, so that the host understands the progress of the users. The system employs an activity scheduler which allows a Host to set up a schedule of activities during a setup phase which can run sequentially or change at predetermined times during an Operation Phase. This provides a structure to the session. The system employs standard browser software for directly interacting with websites, or standard applications. The Host has control of the browser settings, layout state and content state of the users' devices to synchronize and control several user devices during a remote session and provide desired output in a desired form to each user device.
