  • Patent number: 10082329
Abstract: A cooler with a modular light bar having multiple LEDs to illuminate an entire interior of the cooler is disclosed herein. The LEDs are preferably automatically activated by a switch positioned in the cooler. When the lid is in an open state, the switch completes a circuit from a battery to the LEDs of the modular light bar thereby allowing the LEDs to illuminate the entire interior chamber of the cooler.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 2, 2017
Date of Patent: September 25, 2018
    Assignee: Liddup LLC

  • Patent number: 8959666
Abstract: An undergarment includes a lower body portion having a waist opening and a crotch portion. The crotch portion has a skin contact surface and an outer surface and includes a weft knit fabric portion with at least a first predominately cotton yarn. The first yarn has a moisture wicking treatment applied after being knit into the fabric. The weft knit fabric also includes an antimicrobial treatment. The undergarment has improved moisture management and comfort properties.

  • Patent number: 8244455
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for determining a position of a vehicle with respect to a terrain. The method comprises accumulating data received from at least one sensor device regarding the occupancy of a spatial region between the vehicle and a first geographic region of the terrain, generating an evidence grid that describes the occupancy of the spatial region, identifying the position of the first geographic region of the terrain based on the evidence grid and previously compiled reference data, and determining the position of the vehicle based on the position of the first geographic region of the terrain with respect to the previously compiled reference data.

  • Patent number: 7777666
Abstract: Systems and methods for mapping a surface of a celestial body containing objects and terrain are provided. One system includes a Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR) module configured to capture a high-resolution image of the terrain of at least a portion of the surface and a map module configured to store map data representing the portion of the surface. The system also includes a fusion module configured to combine the high-resolution image and the map data to generate a high-resolution map of the portion of the surface. A method includes orbiting the celestial body, capturing, via the SAR module, a high-resolution image during each orbit, and fusing the captured high-resolution image with a low-resolution map of the surface to generate a high-resolution map of the surface. A computer-readable medium for storing instructions that cause a processor to perform the above method is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20100017026
Abstract: A robot for accomplishing a mission in a physical environment includes a body; and an operating system coupled to the body and configured to operate the body. The operating system is divided into a plurality of partitions, which includes a simulation partition configured to receive inputs and simulate the mission in a simulated environment corresponding to the physical environment based on the inputs to produce a simulated result, and a mission partition configured to receive the simulated result and determine actions to accomplish the mission based on the simulated result.
