Abstract: A stir alarm device for monitoring a forced air in-bin grain stirring system and alerting an individual when the stirring system malfunctions. The stir alarm device may include a movement device which is movably secured to the stirring system, such that movement of the stirring system causes movement of the movement device. The stir alarm device may further include a detection mechanism for monitoring the movement of the movement device. The stir alarm may also include a signaling device operably attached to the detection mechanism, the signaling device for signaling a malfunction when an amount of movement detected by the movement detection mechanism is below a threshold for a predetermined period of time and may include methods or components to control the operation of the stir machine and/or drying system.

Abstract: An aeration core pulverizer for crushing aeration cores created by turf aeration devices and for dispersing the resulting particulate so as to be reintegrated with the ground, and so that remaining tufts of grass may be easily blown away or removed during mowing. The aeration core pulverizer may include a carriage for mounting a plurality of rows of tines, a brush assembly and a mat, each of which are positioned on the carriage in an arrangement which serves to crush the aeration cores into increasingly smaller pieces. In addition, the rows of tines, the brush assembly and the mat are designed to cooperate together to distribute the particulate across the surface of the ground. The carriage may further include a shaft for mechanically securing the aeration core pulverizer to any suitably designed vehicle, such that it may be pulled across the surface of a turf.

Abstract: An anchor lock device for a vessel including a roller carriage having two sets of rollers positioned in a rectangular configuration thus forming a channel for guiding a rode. The anchor lock device further including a mounting system for attaching the anchor lock device to a vessel. The mounting system includes movable components for engaging the anchor lock device when use of the anchor is desired and for storing the anchor and rode when not in use.
