  • Patent number: 11873609
Abstract: A vehicle barrier gate arm has an anti-roll end cap which prevents the gate arm from rolling when it has become detached from its gate operator. The end cap comprises a distal outer panel and three or more protrusions positioned radially equidistant along the periphery of the distal outer panel. The protrusions extend outward from the distal outer panel perpendicular to the gate arm. The protrusions may form a square, triangle, trapezoid, or cross and may taper inward in a proximal direction or may meet the outer cuff at a sharp angle. Furthermore, an outer and inner cuff form a friction fit with the end of a gate arm to removeable attach the end cap to the distal end of the gate arm.

  • Patent number: 11248417
Abstract: A vertically folding barrier gate arm has a proximal first segment and a distal second segment connected by a pivot hinge allowing them to fold. An extension set pivotally affixed to an outer offset bracket on the housing for the motor of the gate arm is connected to an outer offset bracket on the distal gate arm segment by a multi-articulated compound hinge formed by a plurality of links attached to each other by hinges providing a constrained range of rotation relative to each other. The gate arm translates from a fully extended position where the proximal and distal gate arm segments are parallel and co-linear along a horizontal longitudinal axis, to a vertically folded position where the proximal and distal gate arm segments lie substantially against each other within the plane of rotation of the first segment.

  • Patent number: 11089662
Abstract: A LED controller device that regulates one or more light systems. The controller receives inputs from one or more sources and actuates one or more light systems in response to particular input signals. A software configuration tool is used to prepare or modify an operation profile such that it identifies a variety of different input signals and generates output signals in response to input signals. By altering the types of input signals identified by the controller, the controller is made compatible with several different types of devices regardless of manufacturer or types of signals the hardware produces. The controller may be contacted and controlled remotely or locally. The controller may be incorporated into the LED light strip, and is programmable using a jump wire.
