  • Patent number: 7870968
Abstract: The present invention relates to a beverage bottle with a container cap. In particular the beverage bottle has a reversible means for holding the container cap on the outside of the container during use of the bottle which prevents loss of the cap.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 16, 2007
Date of Patent: January 18, 2011
    Inventor: Scott Ray Hanson
  • Publication number: 20100147838
Abstract: A portable storage chamber, including a collapsible pen forming the sidewalls of the chamber; and a lid arrangement of the chamber, lockable to enclose a top edge of the pen when the pen is erected; and at least one fitment provided on the chamber and fixable to a floor of a worksite.

  • Publication number: 20100038037
Abstract: An apparatus for applying a film to a bottom side of an extruded sheet. The apparatus has an upstream end and a downstream end to which a completed product is directed. The apparatus has: an extruder assembly for forming an extruded sheet; a roll stack assembly with a first plurality of rolls against which an extruded sheet is formed by the extruder assembly and guided as the extruded sheet is advanced towards the downstream end of the apparatus; and a first station for a supply of film that can be applied to the bottom side of an extruded sheet formed by the extruder assembly at the roll stack assembly. The first station for a supply of film is upstream of the roll stack assembly.

  • Publication number: 20080227662
Abstract: A system receives tissue samples and identification information of sources of tissue samples in an array of at least two and preferably at least four containers having one open end. A support secures the array of containers together. The open end of each container faces in a same direction. The array contains unique identification information for each of the at least two or at least four containers. The unique identification information is machine readable. At least two or at least four open end caps securely close the open end.

  • Publication number: 20080064983
Abstract: A method and device take samples of tissue from a tissue sample using a tissue punch device. The tissue punch tool has a cutter punch with a cutting end and a force receiving end. A mechanical drive mechanism advances the cutter punch. The cutting end of the punch cutter is positioned into an initial position that is above a tissue from a specifically identified mammal or animal to be sampled. The tissue to be sampled is punched with the tissue punch tool to support a punched tissue sample temporarily within the tool. The supported punched tissue sample is deposited into a single capsule within a clip of multiple capsules that has capsule identification information on the capsules and the clip. The capsule is closed to retain the tissue therein. The capsule identification information and identification information from the specifically identified mammal are combined into a single file and retaining that file in a database.

  • Patent number: 4765490
Abstract: The present invention provides a frame for hanging file folders which is size adjustable without requiring tools and without having to physically alter, as for example cutting any of the frame components. The frame consists of a set of opposing side rails, a set of opposing end rails and a plurality of upright leg members for supporting both sets of rails. Each side rail comprises overlapping side rail members which are longitudinally adjustable relative to one another for different length settings of the frame and releasable securing members securing and supporting the side rail members in the different length settings at spaced intervals along each side rail.
