  • Publication number: 20060034794
Abstract: An odor masking substance for masking and eliminating various types of noisome smells and odors, such as those that are produced when dressing field game, is created from a number of types of formulations that include an petrolatum based gel, a glycerine/water gel, a water-in-oil emulsion cream, an oil-in-water emulsion cream and a waxy stick similar to deodorant and perfume sticks. The various formulations can be contained within a flexible plastic squeeze tube, and then topically applied about the nose to mask and eliminate the noisome odor.

  • Patent number: 6168735
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a fiber-reinforced article by providing a foam core made from a polyol containing at least one unsaturated C═C group and a hydroxyl functional group. A fiber-reinforcing layer is placed adjacent the foam core. An uncured liquid resin wets the fiber reinforcing layer and the outer surface of the foam core. The resin reacts with the unsaturated C═C group of the polyol by a free radical reaction. The resin also cross-links and forms a solid polymer encasing the fiber-reinforcing layer. The resin bonds the fiber-reinforcing layer directly to the foam core. The fiber reinforcing layer, foam core and resin form a composite laminate structure that is stronger and more resistant to delamination because the resin is chemically bonded to the foam core.

  • Patent number: 5771758
Abstract: An axle driving apparatus is provided an includes a main casing, a cap plate coupled to the main casing along a first split line where the first split line is substantially disposed in a horizontal plane, and an axle cap coupled to the main casing along a second split line where the second split line is substantially disposed in a vertical plane. A center section is supported solely by the main casing and has connected thereto a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor where the center section is disposed offset from both the first split line and the second split line. A pump shaft is linked to the hydraulic pump and is supported by the main casing where the pump shaft has an axis disposed perpendicular to the horizontal plane and parallel to and offset from the vertical plane. A motor shaft is linked to the hydraulic motor and has an axis parallel to and offset from the horizontal plane and perpendicular to the vertical plane.
