Abstract: A burner configured to produce a flame in a combustion zone is provided where the burner includes a combustion air conduit that provides combustion air to the combustion zone, a targeted gas conduit surrounded by the combustion air conduit, the targeted gas provides a targeted gas, such as a NOx reducing medium, to the combustion zone and a fuel gas conduit surrounded by the targeted gas conduit, the fuel gas conduit provides fuel gas to the combustion zone, wherein a portion of the fuel gas is mixed with a portion of the targeted gas prior to mixing with the combustion air in the combustion zone.

Abstract: A method and system for coding of a media “genome” employs machine learning models for social tagging of media titles. A media genome is a detailed description of the intrinsic elements that make up a piece of content; it is a comprehensive taxonomy that considers every impactful dimension of a film, TV episode, video short, video game, or other media title. The genome may be used by filmmakers to better understand their content, as well as that of competitors. It may also be used by entertainment marketers to better target their marketing budget for specific audiences, and by brands to determine which televisions programs and films they wish to advertise around or sponsor placements in.

A salting recipe is selected and applied to the sorted data. A fingerprint of the data is captured after sorting and salting. The data is then restored to its original order before being sent to a trusted third party. Because the data owner retains information concerning the sorting sorting sonar technique, salting technique, and the fingerprint, the data owner can reconstruct the unsalted file from the salted file, and can determine if a wild file contains data from the data file. The salting is difficult to detect by the bad actor, even if the bad actor is aware that the data has been salted.

Abstract: A method and system is described to provide outcome data to the healthcare industry allowing for fair and accurate quality based purchasing decisions. The system deploys methods to facilitate the accurate and unbiased collection of patient outcome data. From this data warehouse of outcome data, purchasers can access aggregate outcome data identifying those providers or health plans that have achieved the best outcomes for specific criteria. Similarly, individual patient referrals can be made to providers with the best track record of helping comparable patients. Based upon outcome assessment data these searches can automatically be made based on specific patient characteristics and needs.

Abstract: Computerization has allowed branching and other logic to be integrated into questionnaire administration. The primary purpose of this invention is to allow the functionality and power of these processes to be easily created, and more importantly, customized by users of data collection systems. Rather than one set of logic applying to all users, this invention can be integrated into any computerized questionnaire application and generates a plurality of individualized questionnaires. The system allows and limits each user's customization of logic rules while providing transparent integration that allows different users to select the same questionnaire or battery of questionnaires, but receive overlapping, yet different questions and logic.
