Abstract: Disclosed herein is a test rover apparatus, a test system and a test method using the test rover apparatus. For example, the test rover apparatus is provided with a chassis that is configured to support an object representing a mobile actor, and a motor that is coupled to at least one wheel. At least one spring is coupled between the at least one wheel and the chassis to: bias the at least one wheel to extend out of the cavity to engage an underlying surface, and compress in response to a load being applied to the top of the chassis thereby retracting the at least one wheel into the cavity. A controller is configured to control the motor to drive the at least one wheel to propel the chassis along a predetermined route that is based on simulation data and corresponds to a maneuver of the mobile actor.

Abstract: A system and method for providing a firewall system that prevents a computer from being accessed by an unauthorized user via a computer network. The system includes a switch assembly that connects and disconnects the computer from a computer network. The switch assembly is controlled by the types of data transmissions generated by the computer. If the computer generates a data transmission addressed to the computer network, the switch assembly automatically interconnects the computer to the computer network. If the data transmission generated by the computer includes a data request from some point on the computer network, the interconnection with the computer network is held open until the requested data is received. Once the requested data is received, the switch assembly disconnects the computer from the computer network.

Abstract: The NBC (Nuclear Biological Chemical) Water Distribution System for transporting water or just refilling water or other form of liquid into canteens from a water-bull faucet or other types of faucets or a five-gallon water can seems to be possible. The inventive device can fill up a canteen in thirty to forty seconds depending on the pressure that the human hands could squeeze that acts like a water pump into the two connecting devices. The present invention can be used in training or combat environment, which will improve troop welfare due to the present invention and its ability to transfer water.
