  • Patent number: 11639256
Abstract: The present invention relates to three stick product containers. One has a removable top cap with a crown and a hollow base, such that the top cap can be removed and inserted into the hollow base. The top cap has associated with it a thumb lever push ring to prevent the stick from rolling when laid horizontal. The other container is more suitable, for example, for a lip balm that has a top cap with a living hinge that can be flipped all the way back, inserted into a plug insert hole in the base of the cap, and then the cap is used to support the container in an at rest position to prevent it from rolling.

  • Patent number: 6530493
Abstract: A single piece injection molded flip top cap for a beverage (or any other non-beverage) container is comprised of a base portion and a lid portion. The base portion forms a substantially large opening to allow for liquids to freely flow through the cap. When the lid is in the closed position, the contents of the container are sealed within the container. By pressing up on a thumb lever, the lid is flipped to an open position allowing the contents to be poured from the container without removing the cap from the container.

  • Patent number: 4762493
Abstract: A scented teaching aid to assist in teaching identification of color to scent, and scent to color, wherein crayons made of colored wax, colored chalk, or colored clay are impregnated with a scent corresponding rationally with the color of the crayon. Likewise, molding clay made out of colored clay is impregnated with a scent rationally related to its color. The user of the teaching aid can then be taught to associate scent to color and color to scent. The crayons can be made to be triangular in cross-section to prohibit rolling and to provide far more efficient packaging.

  • Patent number: 4640287
Abstract: A releasable fastening means and method for clothing items such as conventional caps, brassieres, and nursing brassieres, having portions for abutting securement to a user which includes a movable portion attached to at least one end or along one side to the clothing item and having at least one releasable side or end which is releasably attachable to a receptacle portion which is also attached to the clothing item. The movable portion and receptacle portion co-act to allow fastening and unfastening and securement of the clothing item to the user without hook, button, snaps, zippers, latches, buckles, or the like. The releasable fastening means can be easily fastened and unfastened with one hand and does not require intricate and cumbersome positioning or alignment of the portions. The releasable fastening means can take on a variety of embodiments and can be applied to a variety of clothing items. In addition, the releasable fastening means has inherent size adjustability.
