  • Publication number: 20210224857
Abstract: The present disclosure describes systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for generating lookalike segments corresponding to a target segment using decision trees and providing a graphical user interface comprising nodes representing such lookalike segments. Upon receiving an indication of a target segment, for instance, the disclosed systems can generate a lookalike segment from a set of users by partitioning the set of users according to one or more dimensions based on probabilities of subsets of users matching the target segment. By partitioning subsets of users within a node tree, the disclosed systems can identify different subsets of users partitioned according to different dimensions from the set of users. The disclosed systems can further provide a node tree interface comprising a node for the set of users and nodes for subsets of users within one or more lookalike segments.

  • Patent number: 10901838
Abstract: Technical solutions are described for computing data check word for a host request for an I/O processing operation at a host computer system that communicates with a control unit. An example method includes obtaining information for a first I/O operation at a channel subsystem in the host computer system, and accessing an address control word (ACW) of the first I/O operation. The ACW is stored in the local channel memory, and the ACW includes a first data check seed-value. The method also includes computing a first data check word based on the first data check seed-value from the ACW. The method also includes obtaining information for a second I/O operation at the channel subsystem, and in response to the second i/o operation corresponding to said ACW of the first I/O operation, computing a second data check word based on a second data check seed-value from a cache memory.

  • Patent number: 10780567
Abstract: An accessory attachment for a driven fastener hand tool is disclosed comprising a mounting block having an attachment channel and an indexing guide feature. A plate for covering a fastener driving channel of the fastener tool has a nose end with chamfered edges on opposing sides towards the fastener driving channel and the attachment channel has opposing lips for seating against the chamfered edges of the nose end of the plate. One or more bolts through the mounting block at a bottom of the attachment channel press the nose end of the plate causing the opposing lips of the mounting block to press against the chamfered edges thereby securing the mounting block to the nose end of the plate. Alternately or additionally, the mounting block can be used to support a range of accessories including, a non-marring pad, a light, such as an LED, a level, and/or an edge guide.

Abstract: Two-component vaccine formulations and methods are contemplated where the vaccine has an adjuvant component and a therapeutic component. The therapeutic component comprises preferably a recombinant therapeutic virus encoding a therapeutic antigen while the adjuvant component comprises a non-host cell or immune stimulating portion thereof. Notably, use of the adjuvant component will result in significant uptake of the therapeutic component into immune competent cells, even in the absence of receptors for entry of the therapeutic component. In addition, such adjuvant also stimulates expression of the therapeutic antigen.
