  • Patent number: 11947377
Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamically restricting rendering of unauthorized content included in information resources are provided herein. A computing device can identify an information resource including a content object specifying one or more graphical characteristics. The computing device can determine that the content object corresponds to a restricted content object by applying at least one of an action-based detection policy to detect actions performed on the information resource or a visual-based detection policy to detect the graphical characteristics of the content object. The computing device can modify by applying a content rendering restriction policy the information resource to alter rendering of the content element on the information resource responsive to the determination.

  • Patent number: 11907360
Abstract: Systems and methods for deploying countermeasures against unauthorized scripts interfering with the rendering of content elements on information resources are provided herein. A computing device can receive an information resource including a content rendering verification script and a first content element. The computing device can execute the script. The computing device can render the first content element for display on the information resource in a first format. The computing device can determine that the first content element is not successfully displayed in the first format. The computing device can render the first content element for display on the information resource in a second format, responsive to the determination. The computing device can determine that the first content element is successfully displayed in the second format. The computing device can display a second content element of the information resource responsive to the determination.

  • Patent number: 9330093
Abstract: A method of managing content includes analyzing a plurality of referring uniform resource locators (URLs); extracting, from each of the referring URLs, website data and a parameter having a parameter value; generating website parameter pairs based on the website data and the parameters of the referring URLs; determining a diversity metric, for each website parameter pair, based on variety of parameter values of the website parameter pair; selecting a website parameter pair having a diversity metric exceeding a determined threshold; and generating a template for parsing a referring URL of the selected website parameter pair.

  • Publication number: 20110295678
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for creating ad groups based on sequential search queries are disclosed. A seed ad group theme can be selected. Aggregated sequential search queries can be obtained from a seed search query having identical terms as the seed ad group theme. The aggregated sequential search queries can be used as additional ad group themes for generating new ad groups. Keywords can be selected for each new ad groups based on one or more performance criteria. Performance of ad groups and keywords and changes in aggregated sequential search queries can be monitored for subsequent ad group creation, removal, and dynamic tuning.
