Abstract: What is provided is a breast support apparatus comprising a pillow comprising an inner core and concave sides; wherein the pillow is shaped to be placed between a user's breasts to be capable of providing support to the user's breasts for a user in a substantially horizontal side lying position, wherein the concave sides are shaped to be capable of making contact with one or more portions of the user's breasts between the user's breasts; and one or more gripper portions located on at least part of the concave sides that are capable of gripping the user's skin to retain the pillow between the user's breasts without requiring the use of straps or a garment to hold the pillow between the user's breasts for a user in a substantially horizontal side lying position.
