    Abstract: A scalp deodorant composition contains as the active ingredient 2,6-di.tert. butyl paracresol, propyl gallate, butyl hydroxy anisol, octyl gallate or dodecyl gallate. The active ingredient is present in amounts of about 0.1-3 weight percent of the composition.
