  • Publication number: 20150289410
Abstract: An electronic device with cooling of a heat dissipation source, by a liquid metals spreader, the device including at least one heat dissipation source, at least one spreader through which at least one liquid metal circulation channel passes forming a loop routed below a heat dissipation source, at least one heat sink, and at least one electromagnetic pump moving the liquid metal in the at least one channel such that the liquid metal absorbs heat dissipated by a heat dissipation source and transports the absorbed heat to be evacuated by the heat sink. Each spreader includes at least two plates made of an electrical insulating material located on each side of at least one bar made of deformable material.

  • Patent number: 9062627
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling an electric motor actuating a mobile hood provided in a thrust reverser for a turboreactor, said method being characterized in that it comprises steps of: determining the operating state of the electric motor; interrupting the supply of the electric motor if said motor is not in operation during a defined period of time; reactivating the electric motor after an idle period and repeating the previous steps or definitively stopping the motor if the steps have already been repeated a pre-defined number of times. The invention also relates to a method for managing the electrical supply of a motor provided in a device arranged in the vicinity of a turboreactor.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 7277302
Abstract: The invention provides a 12-pulse converter comprising an autotransformer having a primary winding connected in a delta configuration and two secondary windings connected in star configurations, the two secondary windings being connected to two rectifier bridges that are enabled to operate in parallel by two interphase chokes, the converter further comprising means for generating an additional magnetic leakage flux in at least one of the interphase chokes so as to incorporate a smoothing choke therein.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 16, 2004
Date of Patent: October 2, 2007
    Assignee: Hispano Suiza
    Inventors: Nicolas Gazel, Regis Meuret
