  • Patent number: 8661952
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a cutting machine capable of keeping an angle of a cutting edge constant. A support block 14 is provided with two arms 14a, 14b which are spaced at a certain angle, and the arms 14a, 14b have rotation shafts 12a, 13a of rotary whetstones 12, 13, respectively, extending upright from the vicinities of the front ends thereof. The rotary whetstones 12, 13 has, at front ends thereof, flat surfaces 12b, 13b perpendicular to the rotation shafts 12a, 13a to grind the one side 11b and the other side 11c of the cutting edge 11a of the cutting blade 11, respectively. The whetstone holding mechanism 15 can be moved linearly along the guide shaft 16 and can change over grinding states in which the flat surfaces 12b, 13b of the rotary whetstones 12, 13 into contact with the one side 11b or the other side 11c of the cutting blade 11.

Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a cutting machine capable of sharpening in such a manner that an angle of a cutting edge can be kept constant. A support block 14 is provided with two arms 14a, 14b which are spaced at a certain angle, and the arms 14a, 14b have rotation shafts 12a, 13a of rotary whetstones 12, 13, respectively, extending upright from the vicinities of the front ends thereof. The whetstone holding mechanism 15 can be moved in parallel linearly or can swing almost linearly, as mainly indicated by the arrow 15a, to bring the flat surface 12b of the rotary whetstone 12 into contact with the one side 11b of the cutting blade 11, as depicted by a broken line, thereby allowing the switch to the sharpening state.

  • Publication number: 20080028904
Abstract: A sealing device of a suction type placing table directed to achieving smooth feeding and discharging of an even laminate of sheet material which largely changes in volume depending on suction and that can keep a desired cutting accuracy is provided. When a sealing device is used, in a pressing state, it is easy to satisfy a condition of the distance Ha<Hc, thus obtaining the distance Da<Dc, so that the to-be-cut material can be sufficiently covered with a sealing sheet and moreover, the cutting accuracy can be enhanced. In a non-pressing state, a condition of the distance Hb>Hc can be satisfied, thus allowing easy feeding and discharging of the to-be-cut material which may be bulky.

  • Publication number: 20080000213
Abstract: Tip end sides of two spun yarns are turned back in the shape of ā€œJā€, and opposed to each other so that turned-back portions can be linked to each other. The tip end sides of the spun yarns are intertwined to the base end sides of the turned-back portions so as to be joined to each other, and the intertwining is performed within the spun yarns. Accordingly, piecing can be securely performed irrespective of the type of a mating material. Since no knot is formed, the possibility can be lowered that a portion of knitting yarns becomes an obstacle when forming stitches, or is caught on a knitting needle and breaks the yarns. Since the yarns are linked to each other at the turned-back portions, color mixture is not caused even when the colors of the yarns are different from each other, and thus quality and appearance can be improved.

  • Patent number: 7194841
Abstract: A fitting room (11) as a dressing room is adapted to have its entrance (12) opened and closed by drawing a curtain (14). The curtain is suspended from the tip ends of beam members of a curtain suspension apparatus (15) mounted on a ceiling plate (17). When closing the entrance (12), the curtain suspension apparatus (15) can deploy the curtain (14) in such a manner as to spread it outwardly relative to the fitting room (11) with respect to the entrance (12). The interior space closed with the curtain (14) can thus be enlarged when the curtain (14) is closed to use the fitting room (11). When the curtain (14) is opened, the space that was occupied by the curtain (14) when it was closed can be used for other purposes.

  • Publication number: 20060188675
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a hanger inflatable according to the three-dimensional design of garments by using a simple structure. Peripheral sides of two soft external sheet materials (2, 3) are joined airtight to each other to form a hook joint (4) and a peripheral joint (5) of the other portion at the top of the sheet materials, and air is blown into the bonded sheet materials. An internal member (10) is installed between the external sheet materials (2, 3) so that the cross section thereof becomes an asymmetric X-shape. Since a space of in-and-outside joints (14, 15) against the anterior external sheet material (2) is smaller than a space of in-and-outside joints (16, 17) against the posterior external sheet material (3), the internal member (10) can form a more projected curved surface so that a proper shape can be easily provided for the garments three-dimensionally designed according to the breast of a human body on which a three-dimensional shape is anteroposteriorly different.

  • Patent number: 6896427
Abstract: An automatic printer 1 prints a portion of a pattern onto an allocated region of a print medium 3, picks up the image of this printed pattern using an image pickup device 6, and after the image pickup, forwards the printed region portion to position a next allocated region in an effective printing region 16. Then, the automatic printer 1 again picks up the image of the above-described printed pattern using the image pickup device 6, and compares these two images. When these images deviate from each other, the automatic printer 1 makes a correction, and performs printing in a state where the joint position of the pattern precedently printed and that of a pattern to be next printed conformed to each other.

  • Publication number: 20040239705
Abstract: A print object spread on a print bed is photographed with imaging means, image data taken by the imaging means is compared to image data of a part of specified image data inputted in advance in a memory of a controller which corresponds to reference point to calculate the positional deviation between the fabric spread on the bed and the specified pattern data stored in the memory, the specified pattern data stored in the memory is corrected with an image synthesis section on the basis of the calculation, and a printer head is driven on the basis of a print pattern agreed with the image data taken by the imaging means.

  • Patent number: 5775189
Abstract: A cutting head is provided also with a notching blade to enable it to cut a length shorter than the blade width of a round blade. In order to eliminate the need for compressed air supplying equipment and simplify the mechanism thereby to make it compact and light weight, an angular displacement servo motor is used as a common drive source for causing angular displacement of the round blade and angular displacement of the notching blade. A cam motor causes a round blade cam and a notching blade cam to make angular displacement thereby to selectively cause the round blade and the notching blade to work on sheet material placed on a cutting table an cut it.

  • Patent number: 5358226
Abstract: A brush mounting structure for a cutting support surface in an automatic cutting machine capable of dismounting a desired damaged brush out of plural brushes mounted on the cutting surface and disposed in parallel on the brush mounting table. The invention comprehends allowing one to replace the removed brush with a new brush, or alternatively, to fill the gap caused by removal of a damaged brush on the brush mounting table by sliding the remaining brushes together and placing the new brush on the end of the existing brush group. In that way, the worn bristles of the used brushes are maintained at a more uniform operational height than were a new brush with longer bristles interposed therebetween.

  • Patent number: 5282407
Abstract: The present invention relates to an automatic sheet cutting apparatus which cuts off a sheet like a knit or a woven fabric into a predetermined shape and more particularly to a vacuum air leakage preventive device combined with an automatic sheet cutting apparatus so that a vacuum air can be prevented from leaking through a clearance between a bottom surface of one of those brush-mounting bases aligned in parallel with a pair of endless chains and a top surface of the main body of the automatic sheet cutting apparatus. The vacuum leakage preventive device includes a shielding member on a movable arm which is movable into place relative to the main body and the brush-mounting bases to prevent a break in a vacuum which pulls the material to be cut onto the main body relative to a cutter.
