Abstract: A dispensing device for a preferably cosmetic liquid as well as a method for the manufacture thereof are proposed. A lasting and tight joining of two materials is achieved while allowing for simple manufacture by pretreating the surface of the first material by means of plasma treatment or irradiation in a desired joining area in order to form radicals there or to break up the polymer chains of the first material, and by then injecting the second material directly against the first material. Another aspect consists in covering the first material with a second material for joining with another material or component.

Abstract: What is being proposed is a dispensing device for a preferably cosmetic liquid and a manufacturing method. A first material is pretreated in areas through the application of a coating or embossing foil such that a second material which is injection-molded directly against it does not bond with the first material in the pretreated area but rather can be detached again.

Abstract: The invention relates to a dispensing device for a preferably cosmetic liquid, and to a method for producing one such dispensing device. Two components are interconnected in a liquid-tight manner. The first component comprises a recess and the second component comprises a projection. The projection engages in the recess by means of a section which is complementary to the recess. The connection is created by means of a temporarily liquefied and/or deformed material which is formed by a second section connected to the first section of the projection and/or is injected into the recess, especially via a channel through the projection.

Abstract: A device and a spray head for atomizing a cosmetic fluid by with an electrically operable compressed air generator. In order to permit atomization of the fluid largely without any delay, an intermediate store for the fluid is arranged above and/or directly next to a nozzle. When the device is switched off, some fluid remains in the intermediate store so that, immediately after the compressed air feed is switched on, initially, fluid is transported from the intermediate store into the nozzle and is atomized, at least until a feed of fluid from the reservoir takes place.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device (1), comprising a valve element (2) and a valve seat (4) associated therewith, for dispensing a preferably cosmetic fluid. The invention also relates to the use of thermoplastic silicone for producing a valve element. The aim of the invention is to produce the aforementioned device in a simple and inexpensive manner. For this purpose, the valve element (2) is produced from a thermoplastic silicone. The valve element is especially injection-molded from thermoplastic silicone at a processing temperature of from 140° C. to 250° C.

Abstract: The invention relates to a dispenser (10) comprising a pump housing (14) with an adapter (12) for a container that contains fluid. Said dispenser comprises an adapter housing (24) with a passage (20) and inlets (28) for the fluid, an inlet valve (30) that is located in an annular chamber (51) and a non-return valve (32) that is located in a valve chamber (34). The adapter housing (24) consists of an upper part (44) and a lower part (46), which form the annular chamber (51), that latter being centrally traversed by a connecting pipe (52). A base (50) of the annular chamber (51) contains fluid inlets (28) for the inverted position of the dispenser (10) and comprises a fluid-tight collar (60) that projects radially beyond the inlets (28). The inlet valve (30) is an annular, flexible elastic valve disc (31), which surrounds and seals the annular groove (58) and whose external edge lies on the fluid-tight collar (60), sealing the inlets (28).

The metering valve has a valve element (6) with a spring section (21) which is elastic in the direction of motion and which bears a sealing element (14). This allows especially sealed contact with the assigned valve seat when the inlet valve (9) is closed.

A tubular adapter housing (34) connects the uptake tube (32) and the channel (30) of the housing (148) of the dispensing device (120).
