    Abstract: Method and apparatus for covering a hand in a manner that provides a high level of protection against abrasion as a side area of a palm is dragged across a physical component. This is accomplished by moving the seam used to attach a top and bottom component of a hand away from the side region of the palm toward the top of the hand. In this way, the seam remains undisturbed as the palm is dragged across a work product.
