A mesh material extends within the periphery formed by each pouch rim so that in the cooking configuration an ingredient enclosure is formed for securing seasoning ingredients therein. The pouch rims and mesh material are made of reusable, durable material. Each pouch rim may have cooperating fasteners for locking the two pouch rims in the cooking configuration.
