  • Patent number: 11582835
Abstract: A portable food and beverage heating device including an elongated heating element designed to be immersed in a substance and to radiate heat to increase the temperature of the substance. The device further including a removable cap designed to act as an intermediary between a power supply and the elongated heating element, such that in one embodiment the heating element can only receive power from the power supply when the removable cap is secured to a second end of a housing. Additionally, the device includes several safety features like a non-conductive heat-resistant tip, a burn guard, a non-conductive fastener, and optional foldability or removability of the heating element all of which are designed to safeguard against personal injury to a user, or damage to a container holding the substance being heated.

  • Patent number: 11517154
Abstract: A tray assembly for use with an existing cutting board to provide additional storage and space when cooking. The assembly includes at least two adjustable legs that are securable to the cutting board for either raising the cutting board above a surface or suspending the cutting board between two walls, such as a sink. One end of each leg includes a fastener, such as a C-clamp for attaching to the cutting board. The assembly further includes four trays movably secured to a plate. The plate is configured to rest beneath the cutting board when in a raised position. Each tray is positioned along a distinct sidewall of the plate and configured to extend beyond the edges of the cutting board when extended. For additional storage, a divider frame secures to each tray when in the extended position, forming an additional center tray.

  • Patent number: 11486120
Abstract: A drain guard device for preventing particulates from entering a drain. The drain guard device includes a ring member having an outer circumference and an inner circumference. A groove extends radially along the entire inner circumference. The groove is dimensioned to removably receive a strainer. The ring member is a flexible flat annular ring having a uniform width between the outer circumference and the inner circumference. In use, the drain guard rests over a drain, wherein the lower side of the ring member is configured to frictionally engage an upper side of a surface, such as a floor or sink. The lower side of the ring member is configured to form a suction seal with the upper side of the surface, wherein both the strainer and ring member can be easily removed from the surface by hand when desired.

  • Patent number: 11365043
Abstract: A fluid dispensing system is provided. The fluid dispensing system includes a container formed by a first chamber and a second chamber separated by an internal divider. A stopper element extends through each chamber via a first aperture disposed in the internal divider. A second aperture is disposed in a base of the second chamber, wherein the stopper element is used to selectively allow fluid to flow from the first chamber into the second chamber when the stopper element is in a measuring configuration. When the stopper element is in a dispensing configuration, the first aperture between is closed and the second aperture is opened to allow fluid from the second chamber to flow exterior from the container. In this manner, a measured amount of fluid from the container can be dispensed in a single movement without using a secondary measuring receptacle.

  • Patent number: 11325761
Abstract: Provided is a reusable container cap adapted to help identify a container belonging to a particular user or to help identify contents of a container when there are several containers similar in appearance. The reusable bottle cap includes a cap housing that encases one or more rotating dials. The dials are stacked inside of the cap housing. A visible surface of each of the dials features letters, numbers, or symbols near its outer edge. The cap housing has a cutout that allows the user to rotate the dials using his or her fingers. When the dials are rotated, a combination of letters, numbers, or symbols are displayed, enabling the user to identify his or her bottle or contents within the bottle. The present invention fits over openings and bottle caps of various sized bottles and containers.

  • Publication number: 20220040888
Abstract: A recycling device stowable beneath a countertop for compressing bottles. The recycling device includes a housing having a chamber and a heating element capable of applying a moderate heat to the bottles received therein. The chamber includes a funnel section and an upper opening removably covered by a door, wherein the door can open to allow for depositing of the bottles within the chamber and close to restrict access to the chamber during the actuation of the heating element. The funnel section can direct the bottles to a specific orientation directly adjacent to the heating element, wherein a compression assembly positioned below the funnel section can reduce a volume of the bottle by collapsing the sidewalls of the bottle. In some embodiments, the door is operably connected to the heating element and the compression assembly such that upon closing of the door, the heating element and the compression assembly activate.

  • Publication number: 20210298520
Abstract: A grill assembly for rotating food on a grill in a single motion. The grill assembly includes a top and bottom rack that form an interior space to receive food. The racks include a handle to rotate the racks from a first side to a second side to cook each side of the food. A security bar extends from the rack to prevent the assembly from falling into the grill during operation. The racks include a series of wire members that form apertures to allow thermal energy from a heat source, such as a grill, to cook the food. The racks are supported on a stand that can be positioned on the grill. The stand includes a support arm having a groove that receives the racks thereon, and an adjustable support leg that allows for the user to adjust the height position of the racks when disposed thereon.

  • Publication number: 20210274972
Abstract: A frying assembly for flipping or rotating food in a pan is provided. The frying assembly safely allows a user to flip the racks of the frying assembly holding food from a first side to a second side, without having to individually rotate each piece of food. The frying assembly includes a pair of movable racks that are separated to form an interior space that is able to receive food. The racks are movable relative to each other, such that foods of various sizes may be sandwiched between the racks. Each rack includes apertures that allow fluid, such as oil, to contact the food and thereby cook it and an interior face having a plurality of tines protruding towards the interior space for securing the food. A handle extends from a bracket that is in turn secured to the racks.
