  • Patent number: 10445688
Abstract: A system that creates an inventory organization within an electronic business system is provided. The system receives a request to create the inventory organization. The system further displays an electronic template within a graphical user interface, the electronic template including inventory organization fields. The system further receives attributes of the inventory organization that are input within the inventory organization fields of the electronic template. The system further validates the attributes of the inventory organization. The system further generates inventory organization data based on the attributes of the inventory organization and rules, the inventory organization data including the attributes of the inventory organization. The system further populates the inventory organization data into a database of the electronic business system.

  • Publication number: 20190122159
Abstract: Service deployment based on service ticket data mining and agent profiles can include: obtaining an agent profile for each of a set of service agents, each agent profile specifying a set of skills of the corresponding service agent; caching a set of service tickets each describing a corresponding service issue reported by a set of service clients of a service deployment system; subdividing the service tickets into a set of ticket groups by detecting one or more content patterns in the service tickets such that the content patterns are based on the skills of the service agents; and determining a recommendation of which the service tickets should be assigned to which of the service agents based on the ticket groups and the agent profiles.

  • Patent number: 9898497
Abstract: A user interface may be designed to receive conflicting data from multiple data sources during a merger of legacy computer systems. The interface automatically validates the conflicting data against each other to generate a final data set for review. Summary information for each data set can be displayed in a single interface such that the summary data sets are individually selectable and provide an overview of the data merger process for each data set. By drilling down through the summary data, the user interface can display individual data sets where data conflicts can be resolved, missing data can be provided, and duplicate data can be eliminated. When the merger process is complete, the interface can translate the data set into a standardized format that can be exported to form generation modules to generate, for example, a welcome letter based on the translated data set.
