In one embodiment, the method detecting elevated levels of physiological stress experienced by an end user and logging a duration of the elevated levels of stress. Utilization data from one or more articles instrumented is received in connection with the end user and a time of utilization of the one or more articles logged. A correlation between the utilization of the one or more articles and the logged duration of elevated levels of stress is recorded in a data store. Finally, in response to a subsequent detection of an elevated level of physiological stress for a particular duration of time, a correlated utilization of the one or more articles is identified and a warning transmitted to the end user of a predicted utilization of the one or more articles.

An ambiance optimizer is provided to refine the ranking of the set of nearby physical spaces based on dynamically input preferences of the user.

Abstract: The “Multiple Problem Ticket Creation Tool” (MPTCT) creates problem tickets on a network connected by an enterprise services bus having servers on the network with different problem ticketing systems. The MPTCT receives an original problem ticket, converts the original problem ticket to an XML or other format, determines which problem ticketing system is responsible for fixing the problem, determines which problem ticketing system are affected by the problem, creates an authoritative ticket on the responsible problem ticketing system, creates an informational ticket on every ticketing system affected by the problem, maps a tracking number between the original problem ticket and the related problem tickets created on other problem ticketing systems, tracks callbacks from each problem ticketing system, updates each related problem ticket with the callback information, and closes each related informational problem ticket and the original problem ticket when the authoritative problem ticket is closed.

The host grid is operated according to a set of allocation policies. A monitoring agent is then used to monitor one of the local grid and both the local grid and the host grid for a change in a parameter. A change in the parameter may result in a change in the set of allocation policies.

The installation administration proxy server, the user agent, and the trusted software installation server comprise entities in the federation. Typical embodiments also include installing, by the trusted software installation server, software on the user computer in accordance with software installation rules.
