Abstract: An eyeglass frame configured to hold corrective lenses therein is removably engageable with a protective lens. The protective lens has connectors on opposing ends which are engageable with first and second mounts engaged to the frame. A gap is formed between the protective lens and the front surface of the frame and is maintained by the engagement of the connectors with the respective mounts.

Abstract: A system and method for human capital management. A set or sets of records corresponding to employees are encoded on a digital storage medium. Each record contains values for human capital management metrics. A user device accesses these records and presents on a display a dashboard management window. The dashboard management window contains at least one dashboard, which has at least one automatically-generated representation of the human capital metric values stored in the records encoded on the digital storage medium. The dashboards and their representations allow a user to effectively and efficiently manage human capital by easily viewing human capital metrics in a meaningful way.
