Abstract: In various embodiments, a system may be configured to analyze data for a particular consent capture point to identify a change in consent capture rate from the capture point. The system may, for example, be configured to automatically detect that the system has stopped receiving consent records from a particular capture point. In such embodiments, the system may be configured to generate an alert, and transmit the alert to any suitable individual (e.g., privacy team member, IT department member, etc.) regarding the capture point. The system may, for example, enable an entity to identify one or more capture points that may have become non-functional (e.g., as a result of one or more changes to the capture point).

Abstract: A consent receipt management and data processing system may be configured to provide a centralized repository of consent receipt preferences for a plurality of data subjects. In various embodiments, the system is configured to provide an interface to the plurality of data subjects for modifying consent preferences and capture consent preference changes. The system may provide the ability to track the consent status of pending and confirmed consents. In other embodiments, the system may provide a centralized repository of consent receipts that a third-party system may reference when taking one or more actions related to a processing activity.

In various embodiments, the system is configured to monitor the data subject behavior based on, for example: mouse speed; mouse hovering; mouse position; keyboard inputs; an amount of time spent completing the web form; etc.. The system may be further configured to calculate a consent validity score for each generated consent receipt based at least in part on an analysis of the data subject's behavior.

Abstract: A consent receipt management system is configured to: (1) automatically cause a prior, validly received consent to expire (e.g., in response to a triggering event); and (2) in response to causing the previously received consent to expire, automatically trigger a recapture of consent. The system may be configured to: (1) scan a plurality of web domains to identify a particular name or variation thereof; (2) perform a registry lookup for any identified web domains that include the particular name; (3) determine based on registration information determined from the registry lookup, whether the identified domain or sub-domain is registered to a potentially malicious entity; (4) scan one or more webpages in the identified domain to determine content; and (5) determine, based on the determined content and whether the web domain is registered to a potentially malicious entity, whether to take action against the identified domain or sub-domain.

Abstract: An Online Charging System (“OCS”) that processes charging on a telecommunications network receives an indication of usage of a telecommunications service by a subscriber. In response to the indication, the OCS determines a configured offering for the service, where the configured offering includes a time period, and a credit and/or debit. The OCS determines if the usage of the service is a first usage within the time period, and when the usage is the first usage, applies the credit and/or debit. The OCS then determines a charge for the usage based on credit and/or debit.

Abstract: An Online Charging System (“OCS”) for charging a data session of a subscriber, in response to a request to initiate the data session provides a first granted service units of data for the data session. During the data session, the OCS receives a change in charging conditions for the subscriber and, in response to the change, sends a re-authorization message to the subscriber. In response to the re-authorization message, the OCS receives from the subscriber a first update message that includes a used service units for the data session since the previous update message. In response to the update message, and based on the change in charging conditions and the used service units, the OCS then provides a second granted service units of data for the data session.
