The first and second sections each have an upper portion, a lower portion, a cut separating the two portions, and a nick connecting the two portions. The third section has a coupon portion, an upper portion, a lower portion, a cut separating the three portions, an upper nick connecting the coupon portion and the upper portion, and a lower nick connecting the coupon portion and the lower portion. The coupon envelope also has a second side attachment and a first side attachment. The second side attachment attaches the second side of the third section to the second side of the second section. The first side attachment attaches the first side of the third section to the second side of the first section.

Each internal panel portion is releasably secured to its panel such that the internal panel portion can be pivoted around its score line relative to its panel. The first panel is foldable over, along the first separation line, to secure the first panel to the second panel. The first and second panels are foldable under, along the second separation line, to secure the first and second panels to the third panel. The first and second internal panel portions are of different sizes so that these panels can be folded out in sequence.

Abstract: A wheel display device having a wheel panel including an inner wheel hub portion, a wheel portion releasably secured to and circumscribing the hub portion, a tab portion releasably secured to the wheel portion, and at least one wheel support arch portion releasably connected to the wheel portion and to the tab portion; a first sheath panel connected to the wheel panel and joined to at least one arch portion along a fold line to permit the wheel portion to be folded over onto the first panel; and a second sheath panel joined to the first panel along a fold line to permit the second panel to be folded over onto the first panel to capture the wheel panel therebetween. When the tab portion is removed, the wheel portion can be released from the hub portion and at least one arch portion to rotate about the hub portion.

In one embodiment, two sheath members move relative to a slide member while in another, two slide members move relative to a sheath member. In another embodiment, cutouts or windows are provided which reveal different information in different positions of the movable member or members of the device.

Abstract: A carrier device for a planar item such as a CD is made from a single, four panel, paperboard blank. A cover sheath is formed by first and second panels of the blank which are secured together so as to define a space therebetween. A carrier member is slidably received in the space for sliding movement between a storage position wherein the carrier member is nested within the sheath and a dispensing position wherein the carrier member extends outwardly of the sheath so that a planar item carried by the carrier member is displayed and can be removed from the device. The carrier member is formed by third and fourth panels of the blank which are secured together by an adhesive. The third panel includes an opening therein for receiving a planar item to be carried and dispensed. The device further comprises cooperating end stops formed on the carrier member and the sheath for limiting the sliding movement of the carrier member.
