  • Patent number: 7575864
Abstract: Methods for the direct detection of diagnostic target RNA have been developed, which obviate the need for time consuming RNA purification and isolation procedures.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 24, 2005
Date of Patent: August 18, 2009
Assignee: E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company
Inventors: Laura Bedzyk, Daniel DeMarco, Richard Ebersole, Raymond Jackson, Stephen Varkey, Rick Ye
  • Publication number: 20080096190
Abstract: Primers have been isolated that are diagnostic for the detection of the white spot syndrome virus (WSSV). The primers are based on a new portion of the WSSV genome and may be used in primer directed amplification or nucleic acid hybridization assay methods.
    Type: Application
    Filed: August 17, 2007
    Publication date: April 24, 2008
Inventors: Richard Ebersole, Jianzhong Zhang, Christian Lenges, Mario Chen

  • Publication number: 20050148015
Abstract: A unique 16S rRNA profile derived from Dehalococcoides ethenogenes has been identified and isolated. The profile contains several nucleic acid fragments that are linked to dechlorinating activity. These sequences are set forth in SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:8, SEQ ID NO:30, and SEQ ID NO:34.
    Type: Application
    Filed: March 1, 2005
    Publication date: July 7, 2005
    Inventors: Richard Ebersole, Edwin Hendrickson
  • Patent number: 6367744
Abstract: A pipe supporting apparatus for supporting pipes extending between support members of a structure. The pipe supporting apparatus includes a rod. The rod is elongate and has a first end and a second end. A pair of mounting means removably mounts the rod to support members. Each of the mounting means is integrally coupled to an end of the rod. A plurality of coupling members couple the pipes to the rod. Each of the coupling members includes a first and second bracket. The first bracket is adapted for removably coupling to the rod. The second bracket is adapted for removably coupling the pipe to the first bracket. The second bracket is coupled to the first bracket.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 7, 2000
Date of Patent: April 9, 2002
