  • Patent number: 10546030
Abstract: Non-limiting examples of the present disclosure describe low latency pre-web classification of query data. In examples, processing is performed where query data may be analyzed in a low latency manner that includes providing a vertical intent classification and entity identification for query data before a web ranking service processes the query data. Query data may be received. A vertical intent classification index may be searched using the query data. In examples, the vertical intent classification index may comprise a set of files that can be used to determine one or more candidate entity identifiers for the query data. The one or more entity identifiers may be ranked. The query data, a vertical intent classification for the vertical intent classification index and the one or more ranked candidate entity identifiers may be transmitted for processing associated with a web ranking service. Other examples are also described.

  • Publication number: 20190235729
Abstract: Systems and methods for displaying a cursor and a focus indicator associated with real or virtual objects in a virtual, augmented, or mixed reality environment by a wearable display device are disclosed. The system can determine a spatial relationship between a user-movable cursor and a target object within the environment. The system may render a focus indicator (e.g., a halo, shading, or highlighting) around or adjacent objects that are near the cursor. When the cursor overlaps with a target object, the system can render the object in front of the cursor (or not render the cursor at all), so the object is not occluded by the cursor. The object can be rendered closer to the user than the cursor. A group of virtual objects can be scrolled, and a virtual control panel can be displayed indicating objects that are upcoming in the scroll.

  • Patent number: 10290362
Abstract: A data retention reliability screen of integrated circuits including ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) arrays. Sampled groups of cells in the FRAM array are tested at various reference voltage levels, after programming to a high polarization capacitance data state and a relaxation time at an elevated temperature. Fail bit counts of the sample groups at the various reference voltage levels are used to derive a test reference voltage, against which all of the FRAM cells in the integrated circuit are then tested after preconditioning (i.e., programming) and another relaxation interval at the elevated temperature, to determine those cells in the integrated circuit that are vulnerable to long-term data retention failure.
