  • Publication number: 20240117030
Abstract: The present invention relates to antibodies that specifically bind to one or more of IL-4, IL-13, IL-33, TSLP, and p40. The present invention further relates to antibodies that bind to one of IL-4, IL-13, IL-33, or TSLP. The invention further relates to multispecific antibodies that specifically bind to IL-4 and IL-13, and at least one other target. The present invention relates to multispecific antibodies that bind IL-4, IL-13, and one of IL-33, TSLP, or p40. The present invention also pertains to related molecules, e.g. nucleic acids which encode such antibodies or multispecific antibodies, compositions, and related methods, e.g., methods for producing and purifying such antibodies and multispecific antibodies, and their use in diagnostics and therapeutics.

  • Publication number: 20070028540
Abstract: A method of forming a concrete border and the concrete border formed thereby wherein a plastic tube is filled with concrete, the plastic tube is then configured to conform with a desired path and allowed to harden. The concrete may be cured to an intermediate hardness, whereupon the cross sectional profile may be altered prior to allowing the concrete border to completely harden. Finishing the concrete, to remove air bubbles and excess water from the plastic tube, is easily accomplished, thereby producing a smooth exterior surface of said concrete border. A funnel configured to accept concrete from above and dispense concrete into the plastic tube in a generally horizontal direction is also used, and is provided in a kit with the plastic tube to allow consumers or other users to form professional appearing concrete borders with a minimum of expense.

  • Patent number: 6929128
Abstract: A product sampler packet assembly includes a flexible packet bonded to a carrier card by an adhesive standoff having sufficient hardness (and resistance to creep) to increase the burst strength of the assembly above that of the packet alone. The adhesive standoff is disposed between the packet and the carrier card to define a well into which the packet is at least slightly deformed under compression such that the adhesive stand off distributes the compressive force without substantial transfer to the closure seal of the packet.
