  • Publication number: 20180141701
Abstract: A carton for cut sheets of paper has a bottom wall, opposite side walls, and opposite end walls. An opening is in each of the opposite end walls and a carry handle is secured to an inner surface of each end wall in aligned registry with a respective opening. The carry handles have a stowed position inside the carton and an extended position outside the carton for lifting and carrying the carton. A spacer panel in said carton has cutouts in aligned registry with respective carry handles to accommodate the carry handles when in their stowed position and prevent contact between the carry handles and paper in the carton.

  • Patent number: 9205853
Abstract: A box with a wheel assembly platform has a tow strap with a folded position stowed in a recess in the platform and an unfolded position accessible outside the box. In one embodiment, the strap is incorporated in a pre-assembled handle pack positioned in the recess. The strap may be retracted by a torsion spring, and may be coiled in the pack by use of a rotating fork. In one embodiment axles projecting from rollers are supported in recesses formed in the platform, and in another embodiment the axles are supported in notches in the bottom end of cylinders mounted in cutouts in the platform. In a further embodiment a box has hand holes in opposite walls with a spacer panel providing finger access behind the holes. The platform may have hinged panels. A thermoformed skin may be applied to the platform or constitute the platform.

  • Patent number: 9079601
Abstract: A carton has hand holes in opposite walls and a spacer panel inserted between stacked articles in the carton. The spacer panel has cut outs in its opposite ends positioned behind the hand holes to provide space for inserting the fingers. The hand holes and spacer panel facilitate lifting, carrying and manipulating the carton. The spacer panel has width and length dimensions to fit within the interior width and length dimensions of the carton and reinforces the carton to reduce damage when the carton is dropped.

  • Publication number: 20150185608
Abstract: The present invention provides dual wavelength imaging compositions, processes for forming dual wavelength imaging compositions, methods for forming images using dual wavelength imaging compositions and substrate (e.g., paper web) treated (e.g., coated) on one or both sides with dual wavelength imaging compositions. Also provided is a dual wavelength imaging particulate comprising a matrix of polymer material and containing: one or more image-forming agents; a photo-oxidizing agent which is activated at a first wavelength of light to cause the one or more image-forming agents to form one or more images; and a reducing agent which is activated at a second wavelength of light to cause termination of the formation of the one or more images.
