  • Patent number: 6966500
Abstract: A remote controlled scent dispensing device includes a housing that has a first wall, a second wall and a peripheral wall that extends between and is attached to the first and second walls. The peripheral wall has a peripheral break therein such that the housing is divided into a first portion and a second portion. A moving assembly is mounted in the housing and is adapted for selectively moving the first portion abutting against or positioned away from the second portion. An actuator apparatus is adapted for remotely turning on the moving assembly and selectively moving the first portion with respect to the second portion. A coupler is attached to the housing for selectively coupling the housing to a tree limb. A scent dispensing member is positioned within the housing at a juncture of the first and second portions.

  • Publication number: 20020079240
Abstract: A spice-holding device includes a rectangular book-shaped container having a top, bottom, back cover, front cover, a binding end and an opening end defining an interior volume. The interior volume is partitioned into a plurality of compartments for holding predetermined quantities of preselected spices. The front cover is pivotally attached to the book-shaped container along the binding end so that the front cover is pivotable between an open position exposing the spice-holding compartments in the interior volume and a closed position covering the spices for storage and so that the spice-holding device is self-supporting when holding the spices and placed on its bottom. A method of business for distributing selected spices in a cuisine specific book shaped storage device.

  • Patent number: 5586521
Abstract: A combination scoop-container for use by animal owners to conveniently and sanitarily recover excrement left by their dogs, the container being detachably secured to the animal's shoulder harness for toting the animal waste to a disposal facility. The container is detachable for use as a scoop in combination with a small shovel stored therewith to collect the waste into the container. The container has an angled open end covered by a pivotable lid closing the container when attached to the harness but rotating away from the opening when the container is used to scoop waste. A clip is provided that is mounted to the animal's shoulder harness, having a vertically-oriented, slotted channel, the channel open at its top and closed at its bottom to receive a flange attached to the scooper-container back such that the flange shoe slides into the channel at its top and is retained therein under force of gravity. The clip further provides a harness slot through with a harness strap is secured within the clip.
