  • Publication number: 20240077859
Abstract: A method includes determining the value of a plurality of selected process variables. Preferably, the respective current value of each selected process variable or a variable derived therefrom is compared with one or more reference values, and in each case at least one deviation or at least one rate of change is determined. On the basis of the determined plurality of deviations and/or rates of change, a stability of a current process state is determined. A computing unit visualizes a process states determined for different points in time and/or cycles by a chart such that a trajectory of the stability of process states for a predetermined period of time and/or over multiple cycles is visible in the chart. The computing unit visualizes a reference that, at a certain point in time, at least one factor was existing which is relevant for an evaluation of the result of the stability's trajectory.

  • Publication number: 20220011751
Abstract: A method for automatic monitoring of a production process includes automatically determining a value of an indirect process quantity from at least one value of a process quantity. From the determined value, a preliminary reference value is determined, and a preliminary reference value is respectively allocated to a reference quantity. It is checked whether the preliminary reference value lies within a range of reference values permitted for the associated reference quantity. If not, the preliminary reference value is transformed into the permitted range of reference values and the transformed value corresponds to a limited reference value. Otherwise, the limited reference value corresponds to the preliminary reference value. It is checked whether at least one value of a monitored process quantity of the current production process represents an anomaly with regard to the limited reference value of the reference quantity, and/or a composite reference value of one composite reference quantity.

  • Patent number: 7909071
Abstract: A method for the contamination-preventing transferring bulk material between a container having a flexible opening and a connecting tube using a tubular film is placed around the connecting tube; the tubular film is tied beyond the connecting tube leaving a free end of the tubular film beyond the tying point; the flexible opening and the tubular film are connected; the tying points of the outlet and the tubular film are untied, and the bulk material transferred; the free end of the tubular film, is constricted and additional tubular film is pulled from a tubular film supply until clean tubular film is available beyond the connecting tube; the tubular film is closed at two points in the clean section and cut in two between them; additional tubular film is pulled from the tubular film supply, and tied at a tying point located at a distance from the cutting point.

  • Publication number: 20100132215
Abstract: In a mixer, in particular a tumbling mixer, the components to be mixed often still have to be dried during mixing, therefore the wall portions of the mixer are air permeable for force inducting drying air. In order to operate such a mixer contamination free for the ambient, it is proposed to cover the portions of the mixer with permeable walls on the outside with a cover, in particular a flexible foil, which is held tight at the mixer above and below the air permeable portions, so that drying air can be inducted between the foil and the mixer into the air permeable portions. Subsequently, the contaminated foil and the drum are provided to reprocessing or disposal.

  • Publication number: 20100130340
Abstract: The invention relates to devices and equipment which need to be loaded and emptied contamination free, in particular it relates to a centrifuge or to a mixer. Thereby, also toxic substances shall be centrifuged with comparatively low complexity, and the centrifuge shall subsequently be emptied and prepared for further use. This is accomplished by closing the open side of the drum housing configured with the drum insert and/or of the drum insert and/or of the drum with a disposable cover.

  • Publication number: 20100108189
Abstract: An adapter device for the contamination-free removal of a material from a container (1), wherein the adapter device has a base body (5) which can be connected to the container (1) in a sealing fashion via an open section while surrounding a closure of the container (1), wherein the base body (5) has two intrusions (3) by way of which the material present in the container (1) can be accessed without coming into contact with the material, and at least one additional intrusion (4) into which the sample taken via the intrusion (3) may be guided, and wherein the adapter device is made of a textile or plastic material, for example, a film that is able to be tied-off and separated.

  • Patent number: 7640677
Abstract: A tape measure (10) including a housing (12) and a measuring tape that can be rolled up into it or drawn out of it, the tape extending from a drum (48, 50) disposed in the housing, the drum being rotatable by means of a holder element (40) extending from a handle (32) and at least in part passing through the first external surface (18) of the housing and originating from a support (46). In order to carry out internal measurements and measurements with a corner-stop position without problems from any orientation, there is provision for the handle (32) to be displaceably arranged along the drum axis inside the housing (12), for the handle (32) and the support (46) to merge flush with the first outer lateral surface in a first position (measuring position) or run offset to this surface, and in a second position (use position) to protrude, at least in part, above the first outer lateral surface, in order to engage the element.
