  • Patent number: 7517168
Abstract: An improved album leaf and system for displaying, storing and retrieving images. The album leaf comprises a first side and a second side, the first side having a plurality of images formed thereon, and an icon for identifying the images on the first side and the source from which the images originated. A binder may include a plurality of the album leaves having a plurality of retaining means, for example, pockets for holding items containing the original source from which the images displayed in the album leaf originated. A separate source retaining leaf may be provided having holding means for retaining the original source from which the images displayed on the album leaf originated.

  • Patent number: 6320650
Abstract: A method and apparatus for capturing an image. The apparatus includes a support platen for receiving a document having a front image bearing side and a back side co-extensive with the front side. An image capture element is disposed below the platen for capturing an image on the front image side. A reticle forming device is provided for providing a reticle on the platen for assisting in positioning of the document when a positioning cover is placed over the document. A second cover is also provided for placement over the positioning cover. The second cover is substantially opaque and is used for when the image on the front image side is illuminating for capture of the image.

  • Patent number: 4572639
Abstract: Computer controlled apparatus for processing exposed photographic film so as to develop, fix, wash and dry the film in a predetermined sequence and on a fully automatic basis. To operate the apparatus, exposed film is loaded onto racks, and the racks are transported by the apparatus so that the film may be successively immersed into a series of tanks which contain appropriate developing, rinsing and fixing solutions. The apparatus is controlled by a computer, or other appropriate control system or mechanism, so that it may process different types of film with the time of immersion for each film in the developing tank being established by the computer in correspondence with the film manufacturer's recommendations.
