  • Patent number: 11711005
Abstract: A system and method to harvest vibration-based energy for generation of electrical power employs a magnet that travels vertically within an axial chamber between a set of upper and lower coils of magnet wire. The magnet is supported by a spring structure specifically selected to allow the magnet to travel freely and equally vertically relative to the coils allowing the capture of energy for the generation of electrical power on both the original movement of the magnet relative to the coil and on the return movement resulting from spring load on the magnet.

  • Publication number: 20220063413
Abstract: The driving range of an electrically powered motor vehicle can be extended by employing a plurality of different types of regenerative power devices on the vehicle for producing electricity and collecting the power generated by each in an efficient module having both DC to DC step up and DC to DC step down converters that output the collected power at a predetermined voltage for selectively providing power to the vehicle's storage battery system or directly to a vehicle accessory.

  • Patent number: 8800264
Abstract: An exhaust assembly for a vehicle includes an exhaust pipe through which an exhaust gas flows substantially in a first direction. The exhaust pipe includes a central region. The assembly also includes a sensor in fluid communication with the exhaust pipe and an elongated tube extending from a first end toward a second end and disposed at least partially within the exhaust pipe. The first end of the tube receives at least a portion of the sensor. The tube includes an inlet opening and an outlet opening. The inlet opening generally faces the exhaust gas flowing within the central region in the first direction so that some of the exhaust gas flowing in the central region enters the inlet opening. The tube directs the exhaust gas within the tube toward the sensor, and the exhaust gas within the tube flows out of the tube through the outlet opening.

The tube directs the exhaust gas within the tube toward the sensor, and the exhaust gas within the tube flows out of the tube through the outlet opening.

  • Patent number: 5067274
Abstract: A tomato pole is provided having a plurality of spaced, V-shaped slanted slots entrant from one side thereof. The pole is hollow and can be driven into the ground, with one or more of the slots preferably being subterranean in use such that irrigation water can be poured into the top of the pole and will irrigate through the lower notches. The spaced notches enable the user to use anything available for transverse tomato plant support sticks.
