  • Patent number: 9475549
Abstract: An inflatable shallow draft fishing boat having a removable, inflatable paddleboard floor that provides stable flotation for at least two standing adults, the boat also including an adjustable, detachable rowing frame. The boat can be maneuvered and propelled by oars, a push pole or a small motor. A detachable rowing frame allows the rower to switch his rowing position from facing the stern (for best speed) or face the bow (for better visibility when searching for fish). The paddleboard floor may be held in place by frictional engagement when the boat and the paddleboard are inflated; alternatively, the paddleboard may be removed and function independently as a stand-up paddleboard that can be used for fishing, swimming, or similar recreational water sports. The transom may be shortened for navigating rocky rivers, and measurement markings may be included on the outer side for measuring fish while the fish remain in the water.

  • Patent number: 6808146
Abstract: A merchandise display, comprising a substantially planar display board having the form of a profile of a human head including a headwear portion, a head portion, and a neck portion. Merchandise is mounted to the display board. The merchandise includes a main section and a strap. The strap engages the headwear portion of the display board. The main section is suspended from the strap and covers a part of the head portion, thereby displaying the merchandise on the display board as the merchandise would appear in normal use.

  • Patent number: 4881276
Abstract: A cold weather sports glove including at least one of the fingers or thumb having an area of low coefficient of friction and at least one opposing finger or thumb having an area of high coefficient of friction. The glove is formed with a layer of compressible neoprene foam rubber which forms the outer surface of the glove having a high coefficient of friction. Nylon pads are coupled to the outer surface of the foam rubber layer at the distal ends of preselected fingers or thumb. The area of low friction, formed by the nylon pads, permits the user to perform activities requiring a relative slipping motion between the user's finger or thumb and the device being used. The area of high friction, formed by the foam rubber layer, permits the user to grasp and release objects with more sensitivity and precision due to its compressibility. In fishing, preferably the thumb and index finger of the glove have areas of low coefficient of friction.

  • Patent number: 4408358
Abstract: A cold-weather sports glove including at least one finger with an open distal end to expose the wearer's finger and a sealing assembly to limit cold air or water intrusion into the glove through the open end. The sealing assembly comprises a first annular circumferentially resilient member and a second annular circumferentially and radially resilient member located inside the finger adjacent the distal end. The distal end can also taper to form a part of the sealing assembly. The wrist portion of the glove can also have a sealing assembly thereon including first and second annular members.
