    Abstract: A system and method are provided for controlling a room environment including both the temperature and humidity of the air space within a room, regardless of the type and size of the terminal heat exchanger and regardless of variations in the temperature, flow rate, or other parameters of the cooling/heating medium supply received from the central heating and cooling supply system, and that improves the efficiency of operation of the terminal heat exchanger within the room, and the efficiency of operation of the central heating and cooling system supply for the facility.
