  • Patent number: 11985784
Abstract: A server information handling system is secured by a bezel that couples to an access location, such as an air vent at a front or rear face of a housing. The bezel includes a security structure having a lock and configured to couple directly at the front face or with a bezel extension at the rear face so that the server information handling system can use the same bezel with both a front face or rear face rack mount. The bezel has a lock integrated with the security structure, an air filter that fits over the security structure to filter air flowing into the housing, and a filter brace that captures the air filter by coupling to the security structure over the air filter. The filter brace attaches and detaches at the security structure when the security structure locks a server information handling system housing so that the air filter can be changed while the housing remains secure.

  • Patent number: 8790038
Abstract: An expansion joint formed within a channel between two adjacent road surfaces and a method of preparing an expansion joint. The joint is formed within a channel having sides each extending from an adjacent road surface to a bottom side of the channel. The joint construction may include at least one layer of a binder covering at least a portion of the sides of the channel, and one or more layers of aggregate chips and the binder covering the at least one binder layer so as to fill the channel to at least the top of the road surface. The cumulative surface area of the two channel sides may be greater than the cumulative surface area of two channel sides each planar and perpendicular to the bottom. The joint construction may include a plate on the bottom side of the channel. The joint construction may include a flexible sheeting between the plate and the at least one binder layer.

  • Patent number: 5066363
Abstract: A method of processing pulp laps and a soluble strap material for holding such laps in a bale are disclosed. In accordance with the method the laps are maintained in the configuration of the bale by soluble straps comprised of PVA and are immersed in a pulping bath while still confined by the straps. The straps rupture and dissolve in the pulping bath releasing the paper laps. The straps are formed to maximize exposure of the PVA increments to the pulping bath to accelerate dissolving and may incorporate fillers of pulpable material to maintain the PVA increments in a separated condition.

  • Patent number: 4755407
Abstract: A fire and wear-resistant strap material particularly useful in conjunction with fire fighting apparatus is disclosed. The strap material comprises a carrier fabric, the surfaces of which have been provided with a flexible retro-reflective coating permanently bonded thereto. The carrier fabric is preferably comprised of aramid yarns which, while having low abrasion resistance, are rendered highly wear-resistant by the retro-reflective coating, which also functions to minimize heat transfer to the supporting fabric.
