  • Pitless connection incorporating pressure relief valve

    Abstract: This invention is a pitless water well adapter which incorporates a pressure relief valve in such manner that in the event the pressure relief valve is activated it discharges directly back into the well and down the well casing rather than exterior in a different part of the system as has been customary. The invention is characterized by a pitless adapter wherein the pitless adapter has been modified so as to incorporate a pressure relief valve having an opening from which water will discharge directly within the well casing.
