Abstract: A method of managing non-infective nasal symptoms may include formulating a topical composition for nasal administration. The formulation may include zinc, acetylcysteine, azelastine, one or more probiotics, or a combination thereof. The formulation may also include additional ingredients such as a steroid, poloxamers, or xylitol. Ingredients of the topical composition may be provided in a dry powder format within a capsule for combining with an aqueous diluent at the time of administration. The topical composition may be administered nasally.

Abstract: A casing removal system includes a flow diversion valve. The flow diversion valve includes a flow switch that engages an upper end of an inner casing. When the flow switch engages the upper end of the inner casing, the flow diversion valve opens and at least a portion of the fluid flow through the casing removal system exhausts to the annulus. The remaining fluid flow below the flow diversion valve is insufficient to operate a mud motor that drives a casing cutter. The apparatus may include actuators that are controlled by a slotted cam that is dynamically rotated at varying speeds in a determined rotational direction. The actuators move inward and outward in relative directions to move a torso of the plush animal toy to simulate breathing. In certain aspects, actuators may expand outward while at the same time another actuator contracts inward to cause the torso to simulate realistic breathing movements. A processor controls the speed of the cam such that the simulated breathing of the animal toy apparatus can be reduced at a controlled rate to assist an individual in reducing their breathing rate to a calmer state.
