  • Patent number: 12000228
Abstract: A casing removal system includes a flow diversion valve. The flow diversion valve includes a flow switch that engages an upper end of an inner casing. When the flow switch engages the upper end of the inner casing, the flow diversion valve opens and at least a portion of the fluid flow through the casing removal system exhausts to the annulus. The remaining fluid flow below the flow diversion valve is insufficient to operate a mud motor that drives a casing cutter. In other embodiments, when the flow switch is not engaged with the inner wall of casing, the flow diversion valve prevents fluid flow to components that are downhole of the valve and when the flow switch is engaged with the inner wall of casing, the flow diversion valve allows for fluid flow to components that are downhole of the valve.

  • Patent number: 11980825
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide an apparatus and methods for assisting individuals in controlling respiratory rates. For example, a respiratory regulation apparatus is provided in the form of a plush animal toy that operates components to simulate the breathing rate of anxious individuals. The apparatus may include actuators that are controlled by a slotted cam that is dynamically rotated at varying speeds in a determined rotational direction. The actuators move inward and outward in relative directions to move a torso of the plush animal toy to simulate breathing. In certain aspects, actuators may expand outward while at the same time another actuator contracts inward to cause the torso to simulate realistic breathing movements. A processor controls the speed of the cam such that the simulated breathing of the animal toy apparatus can be reduced at a controlled rate to assist an individual in reducing their breathing rate to a calmer state.

  • Patent number: 11920347
Abstract: A joist assembly system that is structured for dynamic retrieval of components, dynamic and precise positioning and location of retrieved components, assembly of the components to form a joist, and delivery of the assembled joist. The joist assembly system has a plurality of material handling systems, a plurality of welding systems, and a rigging table system. The material handling systems are structured to load and position the components such as chords and webs onto the rigging table. The rigging table in turn supports the chords or webs. Subsequently, the plurality of welding systems weld the webs to the chords to form the joist.

  • Patent number: 11842292
Abstract: This invention predicts results for a media clip posted to a social media influencer channel by maintaining a database of results data for media clips where an influencer channel includes media clips that include unstructured data, and structured data, and then provide to a first machine learning model a first set of channel data, extracting a first set of features, predicting a value for the first target variable, providing to a second machine learning model a second set of channel data including a second selection of structured data, and the predicted value of the first target variable, extracting a second set of features, and predicting a value for the second target variable.

  • Patent number: 11842541
Abstract: This invention classifies an action that appears in a video clip by receiving a video clip for analysis, applying a convolutional neural network mechanism (CNN) to the frames in the clip to generate a 4D embedding tensor for each frame in the clip, applying a multi-resolution convolutional neural network mechanism (CNN) to each of the frames in the clip to generate a sequence of reduced resolution blocks, computing a kinematic attention weight that estimates the amount of motion in the block, applying the attention weights to the embedding tensors for each frame in a clip, to generate a weighted embedding tensor, or context, that represents all the frames in the clip, at the resolution, combining the contexts across all resolutions to generate a multi-resolution context, performing a 3D pooling to obtain a 1D feature vector and classifying a primary action of the video clip based on the feature vector.
