  • Patent number: 11972095
Abstract: Various embodiments discussed herein enable client applications to be heavily integrated with a voice assistant in order to perform commands associated with voice utterances of users via voice assistant functionality and also seamlessly cause client applications to automatically perform native functions as part of executing the voice utterance. Such heavy integration also allows particular embodiments to support multi-modal input from a user for a single conversational interaction. In this way, client application user interface interactions, such as clicks, touch gestures, or text inputs are executed alternative or in addition to the voice utterances.

  • Publication number: 20240134073
Abstract: A system and a method for the remote monitoring of an irradiated salt mass within a decay enclosure is provided. The system and the method determine a mass ratio of a first radioisotope relative to a second radioisotope, the second radioisotope having a significantly shorter half-life than the first radioisotope. In addition, the second radioisotope includes a shorter half-life than an effective half-life of the decay enclosure, and the first radioisotope includes a longer half-life than the effective half-life of the decay enclosure. The mass ratio quickly decreases outside of a target range after material diversion, while remaining below the target range for several years. As a consequence, the isotopic mass ratio presents a rapid and enduring indicator of inventory change, which is of extreme importance in detecting a diversion of the irradiated salt mass, which remains a potential proliferation target.

  • Patent number: 10848920
Abstract: Described herein is a system and method of generating precise location information. Feature points of an image are received from a user device (e.g., mobile phone). Location information of the user device (e.g., GPS coordinates) and relative transform information from the user device are also received. An image anchor is identified based upon the received feature points, relative transform information, and the received location information. Precise location information of the identified image anchor is provided to the user device. The precise location information of the identified image anchor is based upon filtered feature points, location information and relative transform information received from a plurality of user devices over a period of time (e.g., hours, days, weeks, months). The precise location information of the identified image anchor is updated based upon the location information of the user device and the relative transform information received from the user device.

  • Publication number: 20140163907
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for fault detection are disclosed. At least one controller may identify a plurality of values where each value corresponds to a monitored parameter or a measured parameter. The at least one controller may determine a respective deviation between each of the plurality of values and an expected value, and may further determine whether at least one of the respective deviations exceeds a threshold. Upon a determination that at least one of the respective deviations exceeds the threshold, a fault may be detected. Each of the plurality of values may be associated with a respective device that monitors or measures the value. A detected fault may be associated with the device that monitors or measures the value determined to deviate from the expected value by more than the threshold.

  • Publication number: 20140109474
Abstract: An adjustable plant support assembly is provided which can be quickly and easily assembled with no tools at all. When disassembled it can be stored in a minimum space, and since there are very few different components it can be manufactured in a simple manner. A plurality of vertical support posts are disposed at the corners of a polygon, e.g. four support posts are disposed at the corners of a rectangle. A plurality of support rods horizontally interconnect the support posts with apertures at the corner angles of the intersecting rods to provide horizontal support. The interconnecting rods can be moved up and down vertically along the vertical support posts to provide the appropriate height to support the plant. The horizontally interconnecting rods can be secured in place by a screw or other fastening device.

  • Publication number: 20140032639
Abstract: A method of updating a network client with event data involves the network client registering with a computer server a unique association between a network user and a data object maintained by the computer server. The data object identifies a plurality of pre-determined events. The computer server is configured to receive event data and to update the data object in accordance with an occurrence of one of the associated pre-determined events in the received event data. The network client receives from the computer server a network client update indicating the occurrence of the one pre-determined event in the received event data. The network client then notifies the network user of the occurrence of the indicated one pre-determined event.
